Arbio I Spacious Apart near Auensee

This apartment is good for business traveller on a short stay. Very basic comfort and unimpressive. Positive: Situated in a good location for public transport into the city centre and the supermarket is around the corner. The Auensee forest and lake is 20 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is simple, the bed mattress is comfortable but the Pillows are very uncomfortable and the duvets are old. Luckily we brought our own pillows. Another cooking pot would be useful in the kitchenette and a few bowels. Negative: The entrance door was not very inviting, simple a white door with frosted window. There were cigarette buds on the pathway, the doorway. It was tricky to figure out the code and key the first time but then it got easy. The entrance door frame lock was bent and late one evening the key would not turn in the key hole. We tried for 30 minutes until a resident let us in. The helpline number is there but you have to keep calling until they answer. On this occasion it would have been reassuring if a receptionist from Airbio came to assist us. Overall if you book a 7 night stay you should get a discount. It can be noisy outside with cars and doors banging in the night and early morning as the apartment in on the ground floor.

Negative: Parkplatz wurde gebucht, aber war nicht frei. Wird falsch inseriert.

Positive: Die Unterstützung durch den Operator,bei der Parklplatz suche Negative: Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern,daher beim Lüften immer Fliegen im Zimmer

Pésima atención, imposible descanso Positive: Pesimo Negative: Pesimo, la persiana no funcionaba y no pudimos dormir ninguna noche desde las 5 de la mañana. Se aviso y nunca vino nadie a arreglarlo, solo daban excusas y respuestas automáticas. La reserva era para 4 personas y una d las camas no estaba preparada cuando llegamos. La única compensación que nos dan es darnos un 10 por ciento después de no haber podido dormir siquiera y no haber recibido ninguna atención
